I assume so many players have dropped out because the new manager isn't in place yet so they don't really care about impressing him yet. Any niggles and they won't bother. Normally I think most of them would.

Could be, apparently Tuchel isn't even going to be in attendance at the match.

Kane seemingly not happy about it, to be fair at least he's giving an opinion rather than a nothing statement and maybe sees this as actually a moderately important match, rather than the traditional meaningless friendlies.

FA not starting Tuchel until January, I guess I can see why but it's 100% the reason why anyone with a niggle will pass it by.

Still, a chance to see some other names.

Then again, we actually need to get to the WC.

Off to Hampden tonight for Scotland v Croatia; hoping we can finally get a win; Croatia aren't the team they were a few years ago
No but they still have Modric. Arguably the best midfielder in Europe for the last ten years. At least you'll be able to say that you saw a legend play.

edit: 1st half over - we've lived dangerously but had a chance or two. Doak looks lively but why does he have to be so wee. Modric is 39 years old. He plays like he's 23.

1-0 I'll take it, a wins a win.
