UEFI BIOS cutting off

Had a quick Google and it looks like there isn't a solution....but figured I would give it a shot with you guys

Got an ASUS FM1 mobo and it's hooked-up to a Samsung 32" 1080p screen. Everything in Windows is great, but the UEFI BIOS screen is cutting off so I can't see a lot of it. It seems that UEFI is stuck at 1280x1024 res and there's nothing you can do about it. Has anybody found a way to get around this?

Have you tried flicking through the different display modes on the TV to see if one will display the full BIOS screen?

Well, it just started working all by itself. Not sure what the issue was, but it was a brand new build so I guess some update/driver/setting kicked in and fixed it.
