UEFI boot loop

Hi my wife's Surface laptop 5 is stuck on the UEFI screen. This has come on suddenly with no apparent changes being made so wondering if anyone can help with a fix?

So far I've tried making a Win 11 media creation tool on a flash drive but even when setting the bios to boot only from USB I'm getting nothing, just back to the same screen. Have plugged in a couple of difference mice into the same port and they are unresponsive but I can still charge phone from both the A & C ports.

Any help is appreciated.

Could try a reset?

Shut down your Microsoft Surface totally. Press and hold both the Volume Up button and the Power button at the same time for about 15 seconds. Release both buttons when you spot the Surface logo. On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot, then click Reset this PC.
