Hi when formating whats the best option. My mobo is a z77xud3h so i can have UEFI format but how do you format propper for this. If i insert my windows 7 dvd and go into the bios and Boot option priorities and go into Boot option 1 i get these choices.

P3:HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NS90
PO: SanDisk SDSSDX120GG25
UEFI: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NS90
Disabled

With Windows 7 disk out of the drive i have options.

PO: SanDisk SDSSDX120GG25
P3:HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NS90

If i just built this computer what would be the best options if i was installing windows for the first time and setting up bios propper etc. My PC is.

Intel i7-3770K
Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H
Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 8GB Kit
MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670
Sandisk Extreme 120GB
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200Rpm
Casr Antec P183
CD LG GH24NS90
Noctua NH-D14 Cooler
PSU Antec High Current Pro HCP-850
case Antec P183

Also i have downloaded every driver and util from gigabyte website for this board which is rev1.0

thanks for any help.

Also what other settings in the bios to set up for the boot mode selection etc under CMS support which as.

UEFI and Legacy
Legacy only
UEFI only

and other settings like legacy options under the bios fetaures tab.

Both HD's are new and blank? If it was me, I'd disconnect the 2TB until after windows was installed.

With just the SSD connected, insert your Win 7 DVD and it should start from that if the SSD is blank.
