Decided to sell off my pc bits and go for a new cpu, board and ram.
Present setup.
AN8 Ultra
1Gb(dual channel GeIL PC3200)
Athlon 64 X2 3800+ overclocked to 2.4).
2X160Gb Sata WD's

New kit will be.
Abit KN9 Ultra
2 Gb GeIL DDR2 6400.
Athlon 64 X2 5200+(2Mb L2)
2x160Gb Sata WD'S
Know I could have gone for Intel but have no interest inthat right now.
AMD based systems have always servered my needs and have never had any problems.
