UGREEN NAS FILE ERRORS

Hi, all im a intermediate NAS user, as in ive recently bought a UGREEN 4 BAY NAS unit, ive dragged over a lot of files from one of my external Mac book formatted drives, only to now notice that some of the files are not readable, the content id there due to the file size, but wont allow to open, either directly from the NAS unit or if i down loaded them.


"Failed to load. This video does not support transcoded playback" Retry

Any help appreciated

What format is the video in, what codecs is the video using etc?

That message to me says the video is in a format the nas or device playing it can't play so it can't transcode it to a playable format.

hi its worked before its MP4 RAW of my drone, originally backed up on to 4gig Lacie USBc drives, run out of room, thought id switch over to Ugreen NAS, not won't play, even if ive downloaded it.
the fill size shows data.
HELP!!

PS error code on Ungreen player when tried to play it directly states "IMAGE QUALITY LIST IS UNAVAILABLE, ORIGINAL VIDEO AUTOMATICALLY PLAYED (ERROR 1507)
and it now wont play on VLC
