I really hope this isnt what i think it is, but recently games have been acting weird, slow performance on BF2 and white triangles here and there sometimes.

This is what im getting when i run ATI TOOL, Scanning for Artifacts (never used to do this):

Temperature is only 53c
The 3D view in ATI TOOL works fine

Replies are very welcome as i wanna RMA this card asap if its faulty, im using the 6.7 Catalyst Drivers at the moment. Its a Connect 3D X1900 XT Card and im using an Enermax 535W Noistaker PSU, rest of system is in sig

very very weird, i restarted computer as i left it on over night to download some stuff and the Testing for Artifacts option in ATI TOOL is now running, any ideas lol ?

Weird that one.

Have you got the Drivercleaner install on your pc,as this is good for taking out out videocard drivers from your pc.
Also ive tryed ATI Tool with my x1900xtx and it didnt work for me,but in the end i just left my card running stock as it runs all my games fine.

I haven't got any artifacts in games but when I load the 3d view of ATI tool, I get a weird yellow pattern over the cube. For some reason when I do the artifact scan and then abort it, the cube there is normal?

That's because ATI Tool isn't truely optimised for X1*00 series graphics cards yet. It's fine to overclock with it, but the artifact scanner can't be trusted.
