UHD Gpu's ?

So I now use a 43" UHD TV as a monitor and the PQ is very impressive. However i'd like to game in UHD on cyberpunk 2077.
If I enable UHD I see a huge improvement but as I have an RX580 it is very low FPS.
Handles Forza ok @ 1440p

What are my options at the moment, I hear there is a shortage of GPUS ?

What sort of price would I looking to be paying ?

Almost impossible for CP at 4K for that budget.

However, when it’s available, I think a 3060Ti would be a good choice for excellent 1440p and light 4K.

CP at 4K is gonna cost you upwards of £750-800.

I think you slightly misunderstand, UHD is 4K.

4K is 4,096 by 2,160
UHD is 3,840 by 2,160

Yes the 3060Ti is in my price range

That’s the res of 4K for movie projection.

3840X2160 is the consumer 4K res.

Googling it, there's loads of variations of the 3060, are they all the same ? I'd be happy to buy from oc

For some reason Gigabyte removed support for PCI Gen 4
It says "

1. PCIe Gen4 disabled when using a 3rd Gen Ryzen (Matisse) CPU due to this new AGESA

That GPU ( 3060ti ) is Pci Gen 4. However my mobo has had PCI GEN 4 disabled when using a 3rd gen ryzen. WIll it still work ?

I read they are forward and backward compatible

Fair enough. I heard lots of Mobo's have revised support for Gen 4. Compatability issues perhaps ?

Fair enough. Providing the 3060Ti works on the latest bios update i'm fine with that. After much reading, Gen 4 GPUS will work in Gen 3 interfaces

3080 minimum. Even then you MUST use DLSS for good performance at 4k.

3060 TI is the most I can afford ( under £500 )

after adjusting FidelityFX CAS in cp2077 I can game @ 1440p about 40fps on my RX580

Just hoping to get a 3060Ti as it'll be a lot smoother.

So I've had my 3060TI FE for one day now and i'm very impressed.
Can do full 4K UHD on my 3060Ti FE easily on some games like Project cars, Forza, CS Go.

On CP2077 I can play 1440p @ ultra with about 45 to 50 fps
