UK Accounting Software for Mac

Hi,
I am looking for some accounting software that'll run on a Mac and it needs to have a UK version (or at least ability to set currency to GBP).

Is there anything that can be accessed over a network like Sage can be?

Hi matey,

I went through the same search, and in a nutshell, there is nothing worth using available for mac... I remember a program called Billings was about as good as it gets but its only really a time tracker certainly not a proper accounting setup...

So, started looking at online solutions, did all the free trials, and in the end the clear winner was Xero... truly superb - since then I've converted 2 other people from sage and it wasn't too difficult once you show then the automatic bank statement feeds and the like

Seriously, go try the free trial and you'll see what I mean

I'd have to recommend Xero as well, they're based out of New Zealand and I know some of the guys there and they are a great bunch. If you want to support a UK company then there is Kashflow but it really is well behind Xero in terms of usability (and for some strange reason they made it pink).

What is the size of your business? This feature is important when you choose your solution.
I can advise you TioLive platform (online solution) which can run many currencies. Moreover, you can "access it over a network" : the first step would be to create an account for yourself and your company and then, you would have to create users on this account.
A good solution according to me.
