UK based F1 teams

I'm trying to think of all the UK based F1 teams who do their development over here but I can only think of Mclaren and Williams. It's not just those two is it?

Force India seems to be based in Silverstone, ex Jordan right?

Most of the cars are assembled, tested and completed over here but the initial development and consepts for a few teams are done offshore like Toyota which is what J69 is getting at I think.

Yep, design, testing and development is what I'm interested in. Just going through a few team websites and it looks like a lot of it is done here.
