yea its retarded , i'd happily grab a pitch fork and march on downing street to take out that other guys eye then take up his thrown and have the other leeching self serving leeching pond life sent off to fight in afghanistan with basic training , and probably gear not fit for purpose.

I don't think we have ever had a democracy it's probably more accurate to say it's an Oligarchy. Personally I think we live in an Orwellian nightmare, but thats just me!

what legitimate reasons? so people dont know they pay 94 quid a time for window cleaners when i pay 5 quid for mine.

or so people dont know they are claiming TV and ondemand movies so beneficial to there job like who's nailin palin :confused:

More likely so people don't turn up at their regular choice of restaurant when they are down from the outposts, things like that.

Could do with what they pull out being vetted really though.

It's because the media hype everything they do up so much.

Most MP's probably sat around and agreed that it'd be pretty embarassing if they got caught buying porn and so decided to stop the public seeing their expenditure :/

why should they claim restaraunt meals as expenses anyway if they are paying upto 10k for a kitchen refit and buying 1k ovens.

i like how they are taking everyone elses freedoms away , spying on facebook etc but hiding everything about them away.

everything should be open to dispute if they are abusing something the people deserve to know

Why should ordinary people who aren't even on a third of what they earn pick up their bills?

totally agree, this has nothing to do with the death of democracy if anything it makes it stronger. I shall ask my MP if he has edited his submission and if he says yes and does not justify it to my satisfaction I won't vote for him whats that if not democracy in motion?
