UK Online backup

Hello all,

I'm new to the forums and looking to stay with such a wealth of information! After searching through the forum however, I couldn't find what I was looking for.

I have a local backup with Acronis True Image but I'm looking to add an online storage option on top. I've tried Backblaze and now I'm using Livedrive, but the major problem with both of them is that they're extremely slow. Even though my connection averages 1.5~Mb upload I rarely see more than 200kb on a good day. I know I will never get blazing speeds, but there must be a service out there that offers fast uploads, perhaps in the UK?

I have a good TB of files I'd like to backup at least and as I say, fasted option would be best. If I can have the choice then something that doesn't cap the upload and doesn't cost a bomb would be best. I look forward to hearing from you all!

Thanks for the reply. I'm getting around 120kB/s currently. Perhaps I've made a mistake looking at the abbreviations. Just seems awfully slow. Don't suppose you could recommend a better option for uploading/ backing up files in the UK?
 
If your connection is capped out then the online service will be irrelevant. To upload a terabyte of files on a 1.5 mbps connection will take an age.
