Hi Guys

Does any one have an idea where I could pick one of these up on the high street?

Basically we've bought a German Mac Book Pro, which in the long run will be going to Germany but for now will need to be used in the UK. All I need is the UK version of the interchangeable plug (because it came with a European plug) that slides in to the main power block.

Apple them selves don't do them on their own - I would have to spend £31 on 6 of them for various different countries in their travel adapter kit. I could do with one ASAP so am trying to avoid buying online and having to wait for it to turn up after a few days.

Cheers
Michelle

Any figure of 8 kettle lead will suffice until you can pick up a shiny Apple one off eBay. There is nothing proprietary about the cable itself just the snug locking mechanism is Apple specific.

Got about three of these spare. I'm working away until Mo day but will happily post one out if you haven't got one by then.
