UK support for motherboards?

Does anyone know of any mobo manufacturer that offers UK-based support for its motherboard range? Failing that, do any do European chat or is it email-only?

Gigabyte, only vendor to repair in the UK. can even drop off your board at milton keynes base if needs be. Gigabyte rep on here is @GIGA-Man and has pushed the reputation of Gigabyte greatly over last few years

normally your meant to go through your reseller to do RMA but can go direct with Vendor . Buying from likes of OCUK, shouldnt have a problem, and gigabyte rep does chase up resellers and take on RMA directly if they are shocking

it would take a whole load of persuasion to convince me to buy any other brand motherboard almost entirely due to the rep above. absolutely top notch support on the forums.

I am looking for alternatives to the ASUS Maximus XI Hero with which I had some unsatisfactory support. I have a question regarding the Z390 Aorus Master @GIGA-Man if I could trouble you; what would your opinion be on sticking to the QVL? I ask since my G.Skill F4-4133C17D-16GTZR is not listed...

Jumping on to this as I have a Z170 Gigabyte Gaming 7 board and have had a couple of issues with it, sound problems as detailed here where it gets distorted and full volume, only solved by a reboot. I side stepped this issue by getting a USB DAC.

Other issue is i get a Windows freezing issue on initial login occasionally (after logging in, whole system freezes), flagged by motherboard as a IOH initialisation error and a hard restart is required to hopefully get into WIndows and have a non-frozen system. I basically wait a few minutes by browsing to ensure the system won't freeze up before starting to game.

On latest firmwares, Windows, BIOS etc but still have this issue occasionally.
