Having a nightmare getting money back from UK visa basically my girlfriend (who in Vietnam) paid for Visa with her card it took the money but payment got stuck at processing on the website.
It been over 40 days and no money back I think the system is atrocious you have to pay £5 to even email them with a problem and there call charges are £1.30 a minute if you phone from outside the UK. She emailed them countless times and they said we will escalate the issue but it has not been sorted out.
I cant even phone on her behalf on the UK number as the touch tone answering only gives option if you applied for Visa in the UK. We basically applied again using there old website and no issues but they have had £140 of money now for ages and no refund sent back to us.
I think the whole system is terrible it maybe a long shot here but wondered if anyone had any problems dealing with them
