hi ya guys

guess what i have done :( gone over my allowances with ukfsn im on the homemax and i went over the off peek allowances by 3gb so i download 303gb, how much does that mean i will be charged instead of 19.99 :( as i can not figurer how much it will cost

well according to the terms, you have to pay £5+vat admin charge plus the difference between your package and the next package up. - in this case it would be another £10 :eek:

but this is made clear on the product details pages before you signup and not hidden away in the t&cs.

best thing to do is raise a support ticket. they might let you off as it's such a small amount. i saw another thread where another enta customer went over a small amount and they weren't charged - but i can't remember which reseller it was.

and for future reference it might be worth downloading enta tool - this can log into enta's website with your account details and gives daily updates on your usage so you can monitor it. :)

UKFSN let Entanet do the billing for them so don't expect any latitude there as it is a fully automated system.
