Not been connected yet. :(

Looking at the transaction page of the billing site it says the money got to them on 5th, even though I did the payment on the 1st, but, there is nothing in orders on hold, nor in usage.

If you were supposed to have migrated by now, id e-mail Jason to find out what the score is, or support.

Well yea, I put the date down as the 7th, just under 2 hours left, so will send a mail to support in a bit, but I would have thought if it was going to happen today it would have been done by now.

Sending Email
As a security measure we require that you be dialled into our 0845 local rate access numbers in order to send email via our service.

If you are connecting to the Internet via any other means (ie ADSL, Cable, work leased line, other dialup) you will only be able to send mail via our service if you are paying a subscription for your membership. In such cases you need to authenticate your SMTP session to our servers using your account username and password. Exactly how you do this will depend upon the mail client software you use.

If you are dialled into our service you simply need to set your mail software up to send email via the server smtp.ukfsn.org. The setting is usually refered to as the SMTP Server

Yeah id have thought so, i put my date down as the 2nd, and when i got up at 10am that day i had been switched, you never know though you may be lucky and it happens during the night so you can log on tomorrow. :)

Got me a reply :(

We have just been notified by BT that their systems did not properly
process your ADSL migration order and as a result it has had to be
resubmitted this morning.

Edit: I guess thats another week then?
