I got a simple activation email and then another mail telling me it was on and confirming the router config details.
Set it up last night and is currently connecting at 5mb and 448k upload......so not bad.
I know it will fluctuate in the next 10 days but it's still better than i had before.

Edit: emailed them and the email never came through so they resending, goto say they have the fastest email support i have seen fantastic, i sent 2 too Nildram 1 month ago and still had no reply.
