Ukonline~Still not connected after 3months!

Hi my m8 has signed up to UKonline ISP he actually migrated from Pipex about 3 months ago but they have said they have ran into problems and have issued him with 2 different Activation dates, but they keep falling thru.

They havent quite mentioned what is exactly the issue.

He has tried to complain to BT who has said its another company so u gotta ask them instead....

Hes still waiting to get connected online as well, is there anything or anyone one can advise on what to do. Surely 3 months is a bit too long ?

I'm exactly the same with my Sky Broadband. Been without the internet for 3 months nearly. It's appauling service and it seems there are a few ISP's trying to shift the blame.
