Ultima Envy V2 Wrong CPU :/

Hey guys got my Ultima Envy V2 all up and running now (including cd drive), but... there has been a right **** up! Instead on the i7 4770k overclocked to 4.6hz I have the i5 4670k @ 4.6ghz. I have done a lot of research the last few hours and it seems as I only use my rig for games and at a resolution of 1920x1080 single monitor, no video rendering, encoding etc I'm got really going to gain much if anything at all by sending the machine back to OcUK to put their mistake right and switch the i5 to the correct i7. All I'm going to do is get hold of customer services and have a moan and at the very least expect them to refund me the difference in price between the i5 and i7. Seem reasonable to you guys?

Knowing OcUK they'll probably (if not it's bad of them) send a courier to do a doorstep exchange so you loose no time.

Of course it is reasonable, you paid more for something you didn't get. Post in the customer service forum and 5UB and co will help you fix it.

It's more to the point that it was advertised containing an i7 so what he got wasn't that product at all, and it falls down to being down right illegal if the company do not sort it, however of course they will

They will and likely throw some free stuff at op for the hassle

They will give you the i7 mate. They won't arse you about with it mate if its this clear cut.
