Hello all,
thought I'd post here to see if I've missed anything daft before actually trying to get official support.
Just recently (past week or so) my touchpad has become completely unresponsive. I don't know exactly when as I generally just move the laptop from one solid station to another with a wireless mouse so only use the touchpad on occasions.
Into device managers & I get:
"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"
Of course, "Check for solutions..." gives nothing.
I've tried uninstalling drivers, installing from synaptics website, reinstalling original drivers of the cd, can't get drivers off the clevo website as they all bring me to dead links (e-mailed them last week, haven't heard a reply, impressive, huh?).
Anything I should be trying?
Cheers,
Dave
