Hi,

I recently bought MUA for the 360 and loved playing it so much that I finished it within a few days which is extremely rare for me nowadays!

I just wondered if there were any other similar games for the 360 (sort of light hearted action RPG style games)?

If not then similar games on the PC? I have played dungeon siege which I found equally good.

Cheers,

Matt

Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance for the original XBox is pretty good.

You could also try the demo for Ninety Nine Nights to see if that's the sort of thing you're after.

Crackdown is very fun, I really enjoyed it plus CO-OP is pretty good if you have friends with the game on XBL.

Yeah i saw BG:DA but the reviews on a certain retail site said that it was rubbish! I think they might have been written by hardcore BG fans and if I understand it correctly DA is not a proper RPG like the other BG titles?

As for crackdown - I also own that and have recently finished it. I have to admit that these two games are the two that I have had most fun with on the 360 (and i include the bioshock demo in that).

Is blue dragon any good? I know its not a button masher like MUA but it does look like a fun game.

cheers.

Yeah, Dark Alliance is nowhere near as hardcore as the other Baldurs Gate games (which I love btw). It's more like Dungeon Seige, and I had great fun working through the game with my brother. A quote from Gamespot:

If you either don't have a PS2 or overlooked Dark Alliance last year, then you shouldn't miss this opportunity to get what's easily one of the finest action RPGs ever made..

You could probably pick it up pretty cheap now, and it will work on the 360.

Blue Dragon's superb but is at completely the other end of the scale. i.e. very deep and involving. If you're into your Jap rpg's, then you'll love this.

DA sounds like exactly what im looking for. I do like involving RPGs but i was looking for something to bash through coop. There are the 2 X-Men Legends games as well which are meant to be similar to MUA - however, something a bit different wouldn't hurt.

Never played a jap RPG before but I liked the presentation of BD - the music especially. I might pick that up once i feel the need for something that requires a bit more thought.

thanks for advice
