Behind you... Naked!
My main Media Centre PC, has funky issue of simply pausing every so often, when watching TV through the internet.

The basics are currently:-

Gigabyte DS3 Motherboard
AMD 1090T CPU
4x4GB Mushkin RAM
C: =120GB Corsair SSD
D: = 2TB Seagate

Cards are Asus D2X, ATI 7770 Stubby, and a BlackGold TV Tuner

What it does, is absolutely everything I do with it, it does it flawlessly and without a hitch or glitch. However... When we try watching the TV over the internet, lets say for example ITV or BBC Player, to watch Emmerdale or Coronation Street for example, it hangs/pauses every few seconds. and it does this completely randomly.

While it is doing it, it carries on doing anything else just fine. I have had this trouble on going for about a month or so, and I ahve done dozens upon dozens of tests with it doing all kinds of other things but the ONLY issue is when its doing TV

Playing a video or some music at the same time... only the TV pauses.
Playing a windowed game AND a video and music etc etc etc, only the TV pauses???

I had this issue forst and I could not solve it and so I simply reinstalled but it was still there???

Over the last few weeks, I have gone and replaced absolutely every single part of that frigging computer even the Motherboard ( for the same board, but now its back to the BLue one thats v3 instead of the original v1 black one ) the audio card, the graphics card and the TV card are all changed, the RAM was Kingston its now Mushkin, the only thing that I have not changed is the PSU but surely that wont affect just the TV playback?

Browsers all do teh same thing, I normally prefer Firefox, but IEm Opera, Chrome, and even a few others, all do the same thing.

The internet is sent to that MAchine via a HomePlug thingy, but again, I have recently upped from 500MB to Gigabit, that didnt do anything, I was ona switch because the xbox and sky are also on that same line, but I removed the switch and had the copmuter only on it, and I have also tried a Wireless PCI card and a USB dongle and also a PCI LAN Card but none of those made any difference?

I am at a complete loss.

Tomoight I am going to change the PSU for a different one, and failing that, I am simply going to have to completely give up and bring my old MediaPC back.

This is by far, the most annoying issue that I have ever had.

Any ideas to try? Im done.

I had thought of that, but the pasues are so random and for various lengths of time too, from a second, to over 10.

But then it only does it on this PC, if I put another PC, whether I plug it in, instead of the MediaPC, or in any other part of the house, wired or Wireless, no other PC has this issue, only this one.
