I feel like that doesn't count. You need to have a few posts at least. I've joined loads of forums over the years that I've written a few posts on and not been back for 5 years. Doesn't mean I've ever looked at them!

I think it needs to be someone who has been online within the past 7(?) days. Otherwise they're not lurking, they've just run away.
