ultimate steal techg upgrade problem

Okay so I bought office ultimate 2007 on the 17th march 2010 on the premise that it could be upgraded to 2010 when it was released. Now I try and do the upgrade via the techg website, I get an error saying that my product was activated outside of the eligibility period lol.

The eligibility period is 3rd march 2010 to the 29th september 2010, so how the **** did I activate it outside of that period when it was bought on the 17th march and activated the same day?!?!

I've sent them an email anyway with my old order ID in a hope to get it sorted otherwise I'll be furious.

Anyone else having the same problem?

sorted this out.

I had a trial version of word preinstalled on my pc and even though I uninstalled it before the install of the ultimate version of 2007, it kept the product ID code for word and powerpoint + excell. Opened access 2007 instead and used that code and it worked as that would have been the one I actually paid for.

Had to figure this out for myself as the lady who emailed me from microsoft basically copy and pasted their eligibility info 8)
