ULTIMATEDEFRAG - some 1 use it ?

is it better than the windowsXP defrag or the same ?
cos it's muchhhh faster ....c:\ only took 4 min to defrag
maby it's quick ...but is it relibale ?

hmmm...

i used to have that perfect disk prog.....too heavyy...
i just need to load a defrag program efery month press"defrag" and that's it .
the big question is ...is there realy a different from XP defrag to other defrag programs ? (except speed)
and 1 more question ...ones a moth is good enough ? i don't want to hurt my HD
