Ultra budget build - £620ish

One of my nephews is after a desktop for Crimbo (he already has a laptop!) and my sister has sent me a link to a box for £615 that has:

- Ryzen 5 4500
- GTX 1660 Super (6GB)
- 16GB RAM,
- 1TB SSD,
- Windows 11,
- WiFi,
- Most importantly: lots of RGB!

Any overall opinions on this (seems rubbish to me)? No specs are given on the PSU either so assuming it will be hot garbage.

Can you suggest a better build at this budget for everything all in? I'd potentially build it for him / with him so doesn't have to be a pre-built.

this will run rings around the spec that you listed
if you want to save a fiver then get the cx550...only specced the cx650 as you can lump in a beefier gpu in the future if wanted
(the overall power draw for this spec is ~300w max)

One thing to add don't think that CPU comes with any type of cooler, well it says on a box thermals not included so you need to factor cost of that
