Ultra Cheap stop gap build. (£400ish)

May comp has gone kaput and I need something to keep me ticking until i can be bothered to do a full blown monster build next year. I really want something I can just chuck together and play the current gen games. (big fan of Medieval 2: Total War, and Oblivion.) as i've got my 360 for the shinier titles. If i can handle Crysis at dx9 then i'll be all the merrier.

What do you all suggest? Need everything (including OS) apart from keyboard/mouse and monitor.

wha tdo you mean by gone kaput ? cant you use any parts from it ? case , hard drives , disk drives ?

If you can stretch it a little...

Guess you could probably knock a fiver off if you got the cheaper deliver option, or even better a pickup from the store if you live close

I've got hard drives, but they're IDE, i've also got an IDE Dvd drive, the case is awful, and I definitely want a new one. Anything will be better than the beige monstrosity I have at the moment. I need a PSU as my PSU is what fried the rest of my comp, and no longer works at all. So basically, I need everything .
