Goodmorning everyone,
as indicated by the title, I ask for an opinion for an ultra quiet build that attracts no attention as it has to go in a bedroom.

The GPU around which the build will be is an NVIDIA RTX 3070.

The budget, excluding video card and Monitor 32 "2K 144hz that I already have, is 900 €.

I have identified these components:

Case: Corsair Carbide Series 100R Mid-Tower, because it's silent, without transparent panels and RGB

Mobo - Variant A: ASUS TUF Gaming B660-PLUS WiFi D4
Mobo - Variant B: Asus Tuf H670-PRO DDR4 gaming WiFi D4
depending on which of the two will cost less at the time of purchase

CPU - Variant A: Intel Core i5-12400F
CPU - Variant B: Intel Core i5-12600k
here I am undecided, both are good for gaming, I have read that there are few FPS differences, with the first I would save something by not having the integrated intel video card, what do you suggest?

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D9L, because I read that it is a guarantee in terms of build quality and silence

RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX - Memory kit, C16 3200MHz 32GB DDR4 DRAM (2 x 16GB), coming from 16GB now, I think it is wise to prepare for more use in the ucpoming years

SSD Variant A: WD Blue SN550 1TB M.2 PCIe NVME SSD, with read speeds up to 2,400MB
SSD Variant B: Crucial P5 Plus CT1000P5PSSD8 1 TB Internal SSD-Up to 6600MB / s, PCIe 4.0, 3D NAND, NVMe, M.2
I read that ultra-fast SSDs are overkill for gaming at the moment, so I don't know whether to "settle" for speeds below 5GB/s

PSU: Corsair RM850x 80 PLUS Gold, cause even if a 650 is enough, on paper, it is better to be future proof and have an efficient use of the PSU

what do you think?

Heres my idea

The scythe cooler is bigger, cheaper and totally silent at all times with great cooling and will fit in the micro-atx case. I dont know if you actually need to use a 5 1/2" drive bay. The Kolink I specced is a great case as I have built in one and its very quiet with no rgb.
If you can use a gen 4 ssd then you might as well as its not much more expensive than the gen 3.

Thank you very much for the suggestions! what about the CPU? if I decidefor the more powerful Intel Core i5-12600k, but I don't want to OC, would it make more sense to go for the Intel Core i5-12600 or would the K still be significantly faster at stock speed?

Sorry I got my list wrong and have updated it now with the 12600K that I forgot . The non-K version is 3.3-4.7 gig and @ 65 watt vs the K 3.7-4.9 gig @ 125watt.
The 12400 is 2.5-4.4 @ 65 watt so could be significantly slower non-boosted vs the 12600 versions.

You wont miss much going for the non-k as its only a bit slower but will run much cooler and save about £23 over the OEM version I specced above.

The secret to making my PC completely silent (unless heavy gaming) was undervolting the CPU. Previously I would still get some random cpu cooler spinups on my noctua D15. I have a 3070 + 5800.

For an even quieter PC tuck the PC itself into a corner and have long Displayport and USB 3 cables going to your desk. You'll need a fibre-optic DP cable and an active USB 3 cable, plus possibly a hub if your monitor doesn't have enough USB ports.

You can get the msi pro z690 a wifi board for £189, and the 12600 for £215. As dfour says, not giving much away with the 12600 vs the 'k' version. you'd need a slightly bigger case as citadel for micro boards, the pure base below as an option. Benefit of the z690 board is 4 nvme slots for storage, and gen5 gpu slot for future gpu down the line
