how do peeps 
a client would like the ability to update his own news section and a few other very simple tasks... so even the most simple CMS like textpattern and the like have a multitude of functions that i won't be needing...
now, since the requirement are very very little, would i be better off writing my own in php to suit my needs or are there ultra simplistic cms out there that would suit what i want?
