Ultra-X 500W Power Supplies

does anyone have/used an Ultra-X PSU, was wondering whether there anygood, reliable, powerful and well made are most important factors, thanks

Alright for low power systems which you want to look good, crap for main use. Would not reccomend it for the system in your sig.

The ULRTA X FINITY psus are good though!

Go for a more reliable brand, such as (in order)

1. FSP
2. Seasonic
3. Enermax
4. Antec
5. Tagan

i have zalman PSU at the moment, but im looking for one with detachable cables, since the inside of my case is an absolute mess any suggestions with detachable cables?

500W should be enough and allows for future upgrades.

I am using an UltraX 500 in my main RIG and its just fine.

I am running it 24/7 with far too many devices & Drives and its rock solid.

I am happy with mine.

my ultra x 500w doesnt cut it in my rig so have an enermax liberty that has been sat there for over a week waiting to go in. lazy
