Ultramon driving me crazy

I used to have a taskbar for each monitor i have, 2, but some odd reason it has disappeared and now all i have is one taskbar on the main screen, which tells you all the open folders. the only thing i can find to put this back is for a smartbar to be no ths side of the screen but this is not what i want, but before when i put a taskbar on the second monitor it was so easy so where do i go to find it?

double click ultramon
tick use smart taskbar
right click the smart taskbar and click add taskbar for... monitor2

yeah ive done that, but it only has a bar on the side of the screen which cannot be moved to the bottom when dragged, and there are no options where it will be placed in ultramon. anyone else with ideas?
