Ultramon question

How do you get the taskbar to spread across to the second screen so the tray icons and time etc are set to the right side of the 2nd screen? Or is this only possible by stretching the desktop across both using catalyst control centre?

Basically, you cant with ultramon. You can add a "fake taskbar" to the secondary monitor but the system tray will always be on the primary monitor.
