Ultrawide and 27" second monitor

Hi - is anyone running an ultra wide as their primary monitor but also a 27" or similar screen as a second monitor?
I'm considering moving from a triple screen setup to a 3440x1440 UW and a 27" 16:9 secondary monitor.
Does this config work?

It will work sure, however you won't be able to use NVIDIA Surround/Eyefinity across them both if that is what you wanted to do.

I have a 4K (non-UW) monitor and two 1200p monitors, and the only problem I have is that my GPUs run in high gear all the time.

I did have a problem with windows not scaling properly across the displays due to the differences in dot pitch - the 1200p monitors being in portrait mode didn't help - but Windows 10 resolved that issue. Your monitors will be the same dot pitch so there will be no problems there.
