Ultrawide instead of triples

Hi all,

I'm into racing.

I have Rift S and Index so doing the VR thing ..

But I'm looking for an ultrawide instead of triples.

I have a Predator as a desktop monitor which is nice for work and editing but I'm looking for an ultrawide 49 for the racing rig. Anyone have any guidance please?

I have seen the Samsung Odyssey but I don't think it's out yet. I'm after the best visuals/immersion for the rig when I want a break from VR. I know it won't have the total Immersion of vr but sometimes I want to go to pancake mode and don't really want triples here.

Hi Colin,

I somehow manage to have umm 2 49 ultrawide, 34 IPS UW, 35 VA UW and a 4K monitor.

If you like racing sims then the 49 is amazing.

Forza just looks and plays stunning on the 49.

Remember not all games support 32 9 res of the 49.

However for the games that do its amazing

Thank you for the response. Which 49 do you have? I have seen the 1000r which look good.
