Um, "still mouse"?

I don't know how else to put this, it's like a mouse with a ball on the topside, instead of moving the mouse itself you move the ball. Kind like an inversted trackball mouse. Are they any good...? My wrist hurts after using the damn computer so I want to do something about it.

I do have a pretty good mousepad but it doesn't help.

Those trackballs are a nightmare dude, get yourself a wrist pad

get a logitech g5/or cordless g7 m8 they get 2 feel like part of youre hand, best mouse in my opinion

I've got a Trackball at work (Civil-CAD Designer) and it takes a bit of getting used too!... But I find I can't design my Roads now with a mouse!, I have to use my Trackball!... MS Trackball Explorer!.

But for Gameing etc I still use a mouse!. its much faster!

I don't want it for games, I just don't want my wrist to hurt any more I wonder how big these things are? Same size as an ordinary mouse?
