I think it was a mistake to allow people to pay below their operating costs. They should have done it 1 cent higher than their operating cost as a minimum.

I normally pay about $5 for this sort of thing. The first time, I paid $0.01, but then I figured I'm not going to notice a few quid going out of my wallet and it would good to maintain these sort of promotions.

I think the move they did a while back to give you extra content if you pay above the average was an inspired one, as over time it will increase the average amount people donate.

Exactly my thinking. I paid $6 and all as a tip to support the promotion.
