Un-touristy things to do in London

I'm planning on taking the current Mrs Django to that there Londinium in October, and whilst no stranger to some of the usual touristy things, we're hoping to do something a little bit different.

She knows she's going, but she doesn't know what's planned.

Currently on the list:

3 night stay in the Corinthia
Tower of London for the lols
Helicopter ride across London
Madame Tussauds
West end show (probably Mamma Mia as she's seen the film but not the musical)
Evening dinner one night at the OXO, not sure about the other night(s)
London Eye champagne tasting just to fill 30 minutes up
Ronnie Scotts one evening depending on whats on (their October list isn't up yet)

Hopefully some recommendations from you fair folk about slightly different experiences....

Is this the one where you have to dodge the cars? Not sure she'll be keen.....

I seem to remember there was some attraction you could do that took you down to the super old Tube lines from like, the olden days....

Sweet info guys. Thanks, especially for some of the restaurant recommendations. I've thought about the cable car but O2 / Canary Wharf is a bit out of the way given our timescales.
