I work as the IT technician in a school where we have recently bought 20 iPads for the students to use in lessons. My colleague, the ICT subject co-ordinator used the MacBook we bought to administer the iPads to set the iPads up using Apple Configurator.
Today a colleague borrowed an iPad to film a short 2 minute video for our yearly school production, which is to be performed on Tuesday next week. I was given the iPad back and asked to take the video off and prepare it for the production. I found that when I plugged the iPad into my Windows PC that I was unable to see the iPad and so I am unable to copy the video over. I tried to email the video over to me but the iPad told me that the video is too big to email.
When I connected the iPad to the MacBook that was used to configure it I was expecting to be able to access the video but I couldn't see the iPad listed in Finder.
Is there anything I can do that will allow me to get the video off the iPad tomorrow?
