Heres my setup

My ISP is virgin media with cable modem.

The cable modem is plugged into a Netgear TA612V VOIP router's Wan port.

A Netgear WPN824 Router is plugged into the Switch of TA612V and is basically configured as a Access point with DHCP disabled on it (enabled on the TA612V)

The IP addresses of all connected item are in the 192.168.61.x range

The netgear access point is .11 and I am unable to connect to it by typing the address into the web browser??

I can connect to the main router fine but I am unable to access the Access point. Is it likely to be the firewall on the router messing it up?

BTW I don't desperately want to connect to it, If I wanted to I could reset it and connect to manually with cable. Theres nothing wrong with AP as im using it now.

^^

Would this have anything to do with the fact that it is now behaving as a switch?

No, even as a switch and wireless AP you should still be able to access it.

Do you have any ideas as to why it won't let me connect?

Im thinking it could be a firewall issue. I have tried connecting to it using a cable connection as well but i still will not work.

The web interface is broken/switched off, firewall rules on the AP itself, at some point the IP's changed (it doesn't have to be in the same subnet to work as an AP and switch).
Can you ping it?

# IP Address Device Name MAC Address
1 192.168.61.254 Internal Use (Fixed) 00:0F:B5:DA:F3:7C
2 192.168.61.3 SIDPC 00:11:2F:83:B2:FF
3 192.168.61.4 HPAA4394 00:14:38:AA:43:94
4 192.168.61.5 PUSHKARPC 00:12:0E:47:40:0C
5 192.168.61.6 MEDIAPC 00:11:D8:8D:9B:E9
6 192.168.61.11 UNKNOWN NAME 00:0F:B5:E2:85:F6

Heres the list of the attached devices,

number 2 is the printer and number 6 shows up as unknown is the netgear wpm824 configured as a AP. And I can't ping it.

Thanks, i'll try that sometime, its just that doing a reset now will destroy my network setup and i don't have time to fiddle around with it.

Cheers for that, i'll keep it in mind.
