Hi All,
I have been trying to get into contact with ocuk support for a 1 week old monitor with a line of dead pixels which i want to return, I have had no response to my webnote and when i try to call it just says 'Due to unforseen circumstances no one is available' I dont want this to take too long to where overclockers will argue I have had the product too long and it is not elegible for return. What is going on, I have never had such bad service from ocuk in the past?
