Hi people
That thread title might be a little misleading what I mean is I can get stable all the way up to 4.4 using prime and aida stability tests I just cant boot from cold into windows first time no matter what settings I use??
I always get random BSODs or USB3 problems or hangs at the password screen.
Once I'm in like I say the torture tests run problem free?
What settings can help me safely get into windows 100% of the time?
Im on a UD3H board with 1600mhz ram using the xmp profile.
Any help appreciated

Torture tests show nothing other than your PC can run that test. In terms of the real uses of your PC for day to day they show nothing. Your system is not stable.

The problems your experiencing sound like RAM to me. Remove the overclock and test each stick one at a time on XMP using mem test. once you have established they are both error free for at least two passes then you start tuning your overclock again.

Remember as you add an overclock the IMC gets more stress this is why you must do this at default clocks.
