Unable to import album into iTunes

I've no idea why, as it tells me nothing. But I'm trying to import an m4a album that I've converted from FLAC and it doesn't do it. It's how I normally import music so no different at all.

Sorted it.

Not sure why iTunes doesn't log anything obvious.
