unable to move folder.

When I try to move a folder from my storage drive, i get this error:

Cannot move file: Cannot read from the file source or disk

i can read and write anything to that disk and that particular folder, I can move anything onto and off that disk with the exception of this particular folder.

Boot into safe mode and delete from there.
