Hi there, friends laptop running Vista is unable to open any office documents or images in windows photo gallery, no error message occurs but the Office 07 splash screen stays up. I can get them to open when only running two services;
Cryptographic services
Group Policy Client
Once any other service is running these items will not open.
Ran Malwarebytes and run a full scan with Avira which brought up a few minor problems but nothing that would cause this.
Any ideas? Cheers.
