I have a OCuk i7 920 & 4GHz bundle.

I had to update the mobo BIOS to solve a SLi crash issue.

It is now stable and works fine on std settings.

I wrote down every single setting in the appropriate BIOS section and have re-entered them all, but the PC fails to boot with them. It fails the POST. There are a few new options in the BIOS which i have left auto.

Whats wrong? I'm guessing its one of the new options, but they are beyond my understanding. However if they weren't even there before can they be this critical?

HELP:(

cheers

I think that could be your problem there. Try google to see what other people have done with your board, Also try and read up on what the new settings do.
It might also be a good i dea to make sure you have flashed with the right bios, as there are 2 versons for the ud5.

I suspect the best thing to do is to open a support ticked since the set up you bought is a pre-overclocked system. The guys here at OCUK will I suspect just send you a new profile for your system based on the new BIOS version you are using.

I'll try that! I was concerned as warranties etc are lost by the BIOS flash.

Worth a punt i guess.

Cheers:)
