Unable to run XMP Profiles on 32GB Viper 4400MHz (PVS416G440C9K)

Hi guys.
I have been running 32GB of this memory for a while now, and I have never been able to get a stable boot on either of its two XMP profiles. Profile 1: PC4-35200 (4400MHz) & Profile 2: PC4-34100 (4266MHz).
I have a Z390 Gaming Edge Mobo, running an i7 9700K @ 5GZ. Can anyone advise me how I would manage to get anywhere near being able to run these XMP Profiles? I am not very experienced in tweaking memory but I know the basics.

If I remember it correctly CPU overclocking on 9th series Intel impedes overclocking of memory. Also if memory serves correct achieving such speeds on 32 GB may add to the challenge.
