Unable to stream TV on Windows 7

Hi,

I'm wondering if anybody can help me? I have recently signed up to TVcatchup.com, but when I'm trying to load a channel I'm just getting a black screen and 'Done, but with errors on the page'.

The error I'm getting is below:

I've tried in IE 8 and Google Chrome. I've always tried a different computer and it works fine in both, so it's something to do with mine.

Any ideas?

Just wondered if anyone has any ideas on how to resolve this? I'm still having the same problem.

Is it related to the popups or Ads on thatr site being blocked by your anti virus/internet security software?

I don't think so, as I've had a friend try and access on their laptop and it works fine, but doesn't have any pop-ups.

Is there anything I could try to see if it relates to my AV software? I've run out of ideas as it's definitely related to my system, somehow!
