Unable to uninstall printer..

Hi, I am trying to uninstall my old printer, its not even plugged in atm and I havent tried printing in weeks.. but when I goto uninstall it this error message comes up

I have no idea how I an go about stopping this mystery document.. any ideas?
(using vista x64)

Try doing it in safe mode (reboot your computer, and keep hammering F8 until the menu comes up).
