Unable to use gmail in firefox

Hi all,

Having trouble with gmail in firefox. When I log on, it shows my emails ok, but when I click on an email it just says Loading.... at the top. Have tried clearing cache, cookies etc.

Works fine if I switch to html mode.

Uninstalled better gmail addon in case it was that but the problem remains.

Any ideas?

you could try creating a new firefox profile? remember to backup bookmarks

There's instructions here. What version?

You don't have to backup your bookmarks if you don't delete the old profile, but the first thing worth trying is Firefox's safe mode. There should be a shortcut in your start menu.
